Training
Our training standards may vary depending on the client. However, we have four methods of training new team members.
Shadowing/Orientation
The opportunity to spend time with an experienced team member while they perform their daily activities. An example would be joining one of our Account Managers on a few sales calls/ appointments for with potential clients.

Practice/ Strategize
A repetitive method to develop skills and understanding of communication. Usually done on-site.)
Product/ Service Knowledge
General provision of product and service information of our clients. Usually involves data, costing, value added benefits, and selling techniques.
Leadership
We have a developed a leadership training program for those who excel within our company.
